Our mission

With Japan's declining population,
the expansion of the related population will become an increasingly important topic over the next ten years.
Hong Kong is the strongest market for inbound tourism
with 1 in 3.5 people having visited Japan (2019).
With a base in Hong Kong, we can analyze the data and take a thorough hands-on approach
to offer a comprehensive one-stop solution from formulating strategies to business implementation.

Our strengths

During the 14 years working for the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO),
9 years were spent residing in Singapore and Hong Kong, gaining invaluable marketing experience at the forefront of that sector.
Utilizing an extensive network of Japanese associates, local airlines, travel agencies, and media,
we are able to provide consulting services that employ and analyze a vast amount of information.
With long-standing, trusting relationships with local business partners and advertising agencies, and event management companies,
we are committed to getting results and can provide support through the business implementation phase
as well as help establish an effective, sustainable PDCA cycle.
